If you have been using a push mower, a riding mower can get the job done in a fraction of the time. In this video, you will learn the main considerations in purchasing a new mower.

Riding lawn mowers are generally easier to use. However, they are not all operated the same way. Zero turn mowers use two handlebars to control speed and direction. Pushing either bar forward will give either wheel more power or less. On the other hand, tractor style lawn mowers use a wheel like cars. Therefore, they are slightly easier to learn. However, this should not be much of a consideration because it only affects the very beginning of their usage. Speaking of, both types of mowers are very durable and reliable. As for cost, a zero turn may put you back some more cash. Yet, it makes up for this with its superior speed and turning. On the flip side, tractor style mowers are better on hills and other terrain.
